If you're referring to /nc, which allows your character to auto attack monsters using normal attack without holding the CTRL button, yes, there is.

If you're referring to a system where your character automatically kills monsters (and do other things) in a way that's basically botting, nope, there isn't, and there won't be. Violating the rules for this is punishable.
